Nilai Springs had an EGM today to increase its share capital as part of the requirement by Bank Pembangunan whom NSB is taking an RM25 million from, to finance the construction of a 180 rooms Hotel Resort at Nilai Springs Golf and Country Club.The EGM was chaired by Dato KH Gan (Datuk Alladin was not able to chair it as he was having a bad flu) and as admitted Dato himself, it was the shortest EGM he has ever attended. It was over in less than 5 minutes after the resolution was passed.
As usual the refreshment after the EGM was Mee Mamak, Curry Puff, Sandwiches, IchiKabin Chicken and Kuih Koci. So what's new?
